Испытание Dog проводилось на острове Runit (входит в состав атолла Эниветок), а не на
острове Эниветок (хотя есть и такой остров в атолле), как написано у ТСа.
Наблюдатели находились на острове Перри (сейчас он называется Мedren). На карте всё это находится за три секунды

Взрыв был типа воздушный - устройство взорвали на 100-метровой вышке, имитируя воздушный взрыв.

Выходит, никто не погиб (на месте). Об отдалённых последствиях для людей в то время не очень знали. Но нам конечно нравится называть их всех дебилами и тупыми, это очень повышает ЧСВ. Привет от Задорнова.
